Learning Matters is one-on-one, free tutoring for English-speaking adults who want to improve their reading, writing, speaking and mathematics skills or to prepare for the GED/HSE exam.

A six month commitment is required. Trained tutors meet with students in the Cooper House, which faces the Turlock Library, at 1123 Cooper Ave., Turlock, CA.
