Danny and Becca have a passion to see people engaging with God’s Word in their own languages. They serve in Scripture Engagement, which means ensuring that translated Scriptures don’t end up as dusty books on a shelf but rather that people are experiencing the transformative process of engaging with God in their own language. Through their twenty-two years of service in Papua New Guinea and through Danny’s recent PhD research, they have learned much about the complex factors that promote or hinder Scripture Engagement. Now, senior leadership have invited Danny to be part of new organizational initiatives that draw directly on his experience and research to forge new approaches to Bible translation that result in greater impact through increased levels of Scripture Engagement. Danny and Becca invite you to partner with them in their Wycliffe ministry as prayer and financial partners to fuel their passion for changed lives through God’s translated Word!
